Kurban sheepmeat

Ingredients
600 g mutton
1 onion
1 carrot
1 tomato
1 tsp celery
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp pepper
salt
20 g butter
1 tsp paprika
Method
The meat cut into chunks, pour 2.5 liters of cold water and put to boil. From time to time remove the foam. When the meat starts to soften. add chopped onion and carrot, parsley, celery, grated tomato, pepper and salt. Fry the butter with paprika and dumped in the soup when fully cooked meat and vegetables.
