Ingredients
2 kg lamb shoulder
sunflower oil or butter
300 g mushrooms
1 tbsp universal spice, paprika, pepper
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch parsley
1/2 connection dill
Method
Cut the meat into chunks and fry in preheated oil. Once red, flavored with half universal seasoning and remove the plate. In the same fat and sauté sliced mushrooms, then return the meat, put red pepper and a little warm water and continue to stew. When the meat and mushrooms are ready, add chopped onions, parsley, dill, pepper and other universal spice.
