Lamb skewers with onion and peppers

Ingredients
800 g streaky lamb
2 onions
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 peppers
salt
Method
Cut the meat into chunks. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Place in a bowl, cover with onion, cut into quarters and screwed with foil. Thus, stand 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then stringing the skewers, alternating meat, onion, pepper. The drought is on fire, BBQ or pan-BBQ.
