Lamb soup

Ingredients
400 g lamb
200 g onions old
1 bunch spring onions
100 g tomatoes
100 g green peppers
3 chillies
50 g rice
egg 1
1 tbsp vinegar
1 / 2 parsley
1/2 connection mint
Method
The meat is boiled and boned. Chop and stew with fat and water. Add the tomatoes and after fried flour. Roux diluted with strained broth. Once boiled, add the boned meat. Add rice, chopped peppers, green onions, mint and pepper. When rice is cooked, the broth thicken as it trickle and stirring continuously, add beaten egg. Serve with vinegar and chopped parsley.
