Ingredients
150 g butter or margarine
150 g sugar
1 vanilla
3 eggs
160 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa
100 g chocolate
# For garnish:
2 jar of pear compote - only fruit
500 g sweet cream
1 pear ornaments
Method
The butter, sugar and vanilla crash. Add eggs one at a time. Flour, baking powder and cocoa mixed and added to the oil-egg mixture. Chocolate grate and add to the dough. The finished mixture is poured into an oiled pan, top rank drained and cut into crescents pears. The tray is placed in a preheated 180 C oven for 30-35 minutes. When completely cool, sprayed the cream on top, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with pieces of pear.
