Lentils Spanish bands

Ingredients
200-250 g lentils cleaning and washing
1 onion
2 carrots
2 potatoes
100 g of salami, Kamchia or sausage of your choice
50 ml olive oil or other fat
mint
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
100 g of tomato paste
1 head of garlic
salt

Method
Lentils boil 3-4 liters of water with a little salt and dry mint. When almost cooked add the peeled and diced potatoes. When potatoes are posvaryat put head garlic - a whole. In the oil fry the carrots, cut into small cubes, and soon they were added chopped onions. When the onions are fried until golden, add and diced sausage. Carrots, onion and sausage fry 5-6 minutes. Then flour was added, and the red pepper, fry are all about 1 minute, then removed from heat and add cold water, under continuous stirring. The mixture thus obtained is added in the boiling lentils while stirring, so as not to get lumpy. Place a tomato paste, stir again and when boil reduce heat to a minimum. Leave on low heat for ten minutes and is ready.
