Light spicy sauce

Ingredients
2 cups (400 ml) Светъл basic sauce
2 pickles
1 tbsp (10 g) mustard
pepper
salt
lemon juice
grated lemon peel
1 tsp (5 g) butter
Method
To the basic light sauce add chopped cucumbers black pepper, salt, lemon juice, grated lemon zest and butter. Boil and away from the fire. Optional sauce can be seasoned with 1 clove garlic, crushed in salt.

The sauce is great, but if you add 1 tablespoon sour cream becomes incredible and roasted meats mmm very tasty, try.
