Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients
500 g drained yogurt
250 g feta cheese Mascarpone
25 ml liqueur flavored whiskey
4 slices of peach compote
1 biscuits
90 g of powdered sugar
1 sprig of mint
raspberry topping decoration

Method
Stir strained yogurt and the feta cheese Mascarpone. Pour the liqueur. Caramelized sugar and coat on the edge of the cup for serving. At the bottom put peach slices and cover with cream. Sprinkle with crushed biscuit topping inflict raspberry and Serve dessert.

Very light and tasty dessert. Missed caramel and peaches swapped with strawberries and borvinki.

I apologize for probably a stupid question, but what we do with those 90 grams of powdered sugar? Mix milk and cheese or used for Burned?

I put her in the milk and cheese.
