Mashed potatoes with buttermilk

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
3 onions
150 g salo
1 l buttermilk
Method
Cook potatoes in salted water, drain and hot milk smash mashed. Diced salo melts in it until golden-yellow fry chopped onions and mix everything in the mashed potatoes. It is pour hot in a deep dish and pour cold buttermilk to the edge of the plate or served separately.
