Ingredients
2 yolks of hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp mustard
lemon juice
2 small pickles
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
salt
Method
Hard-boiled yolks are squashed with a wooden spoon in a dry container. Was added dropwise and the vegetable oil is stirred continuously in the same direction. Mayonnaise seasoned to taste with salt and lemon juice and mix with mustard, chopped into small cubes pickles and parsley.
