Meat with sour cream

Ingredients
600-700 g of meat
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
200 g of tomato paste
1 cup wine or lemon juice
2 onions
pepper
savory
salt
2-3 tbsp sour cream
sunflower oil
Method
Cut the meat into strips and marinate with wine (lemon juice), salt, pepper and savory. Stays with marinade for at least two hours. After standing pour in the pan to fry a little and then add shredded onions and peppers, add the tomato paste and stew some more. Before removing from heat add 2-3 tbsp sour cream. Optional can add chopped garlic and parsley. Serve with white rice or mashed potatoes.

I have some questions about the recipe. 1./ If you use lemon juice, though there is one cup? 2./ Mary and her you poured it into the pan with the meat or just meat? 5. Meat is not you fry in a pan or baking pan directly on the stove?

Lemon juice of one lemon or sour depending on how you like. To pour the marinade in principle, but if some do not want and can not puts it. I use a large deep skillet depends with what you have and court suits you to cook.
