Meatballs cauliflower

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
2 tbsp grated feta cheese pecorino
4 slices of bread
pepper, salt
sunflower oil for frying
# breading:
1 egg
breadcrumbs

Method
Slices of bread soaked in water. Cauliflower is cleaned, chopped on florets and boiled for about 20 minutes until soft. Drained of water and leave to cool. Blend and mix with the drained slices of bread, the feta cheese, black pepper and salt. Formed into balls, dipped in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in a well-heated oil. Remove and put on napkin to drain the fat.
