Meatballs with eggs and cheese

Ingredients
10 eggs
300 g cheese
1 bunch parsley
3 slices biscuit
salt
pepper
vegetable oil for frying
Method
The eggs are broken and they were added finely milled biscuit, grated cheese, chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. The mixture was stirred well. A tablespoon pour a little of the mixed highly preheated oil and fry meatballs. Serve with tomato sauce and season salad.
