Meatballs mushrooms - II type

Ingredients
1 kg of fresh mushrooms
150 ml vegetable oil
50 g of fresh butter
100 g of milk
4 eggs
150 g bread
50 g flour
50 g breadcrumbs
pepper salt
parsley
Method
Mushrooms are well washed, cut into in small pieces and sauté in a little water until soft, leave to cool and Strain. To the resulting slurry was added to the pre-soaked bread in the milk, 2 eggs and spices. From the mixture form balls that rolled alternately in the flour, breadcrumbs and the remaining two beaten eggs and fry on both sides in hot fat.
