Ingredients
250 g salo
150 g feta cheese
2/3 cup flour
4 eggs
3-4 cloves garlic

Method
Salo Cut into cubes and fry them until golden and remove them. Fry the flour in fat separated and diluted with about 5 cups hot water. Boil the mixture for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. Add crumbled feta cheese. Once the boil again mash it down from the fire, tamper it with crushed garlic and then poured into plates. Sprinkle it with the crackling of salo. Break the eggs one by one and carefully put them into boiling salted and acidified with vinegar water. Boil them on low heat until the egg white is set. On any portion mess, put in a veiled egg and sprinkle with paprika. Serve the dish warm.
