Ingredients
12 crispy tacos or corn buns
500 g beef
100 g of tomato paste
150 g corn
6 field mushrooms
1 tsp chili sauce
100 g milk mayonnaise
100 g strained yogurt
2 cloves garlic
few lettuce leaves
pepper and cumin
salt and sunflower oil

Method
For the filling fry the mince in a heated frying pan with sunflower oil. Add sliced mushrooms, tomato sauce, chili sauce and corn. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. For the white sauce in a bowl, mix mayonnaise milk, strained yogurt, pressed garlic and salt. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Cut the lettuce leaves into strips and arrange them in a dish like pad. Fill tacos stuffed with minced meat. Pour the sauce and ready. At desired, you can put on top of grated cheese. * In case I use ready tacos, which you can find in the big chain stores.
