Milk rice

Ingredients
5 cups (1 liter) milk
1 heaped cup (250 g) rice
5 cups (1 liter) water
2 cup (400 g) sugar
1 tsp (5 g) Cinnamon
1 pinch salt

Method
The rice is poured into boiling salted water and boil until soft. Add the milk, then boiling for its added sugar. Boil the mixture thickens, pour into bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon and cooling, is served.

300 g of sugar is enough.

Someone will tell me you like boiled rice, whether strain the water and boil just milk?

Sugar really is more :) You can add 1-2 vanillin slightly before removing from heat. It awesome :)

Great are only 2-3 vanillin.
