Mini cheesecake with white chocolate

4 chocolate biscuits
75 g grated white chocolate in large pieces
250 g cream cheese
60 ml cream
125 g of powdered sugar
1 egg
250 g mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries , blueberries)
Preheat the oven to 160 C. oiled 4 ceramic shapes for muffins (or whatever you have) and their walls with strips of baking paper moistened with water and drained. Put a biscuit at the bottom of each cookie cutter. Melt white chocolate in a water bath. Beat the cream with the cream cheese and half powdered sugar until a uniform mixture. Add the egg white and slightly cooled chocolate. Mix well and fill trays. Bake for 25 minutes. After a baked cheesecake out of the trays and let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour. During this time, clean fruit, wash and dry well. Sprinkle with remaining icing sugar and put them in the refrigerator and 15 minutes.
