Moussaka with couscous

Ingredients
2 cups couscous
1 tbsp margarine
750 g minced meat
1 onion
1 tomato
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 bunch parsley
3 tbsp fat
salt
pepper
Method
Cous put up is boiled and drained, and when it is hot add margarine. In oil fry the minced meat and chopped onion. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped parsley, black pepper and salt to taste. Spread baking dish with margarine. Spread the bottom layer of couscous, top - minced meat and couscous again. Pour the mixture of eggs and milk and bake in a hot oven.
