Ingredients
100 g mutton
1 kg potatoes
salt
pepper
meat broth
1/2 cup (100 g) flour
50 g butter
1 egg
Method
From the flour, the butter, egg and a pinch of salt is made shortbread and allow to rest 30 minutes. Cut the meat into in small pieces and put in a shallow form with peeled, diced potatoes. Pour a strong meat broth so that the potatoes are almost covered. Season with salt and pepper and top is formed
