Moussaka of rice and nettle

Ingredients
1 kg cleaned nettle
1 bunch spring onions
300 g rice
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
butter or sunflower oil
curry
pepper
cumin
# TOPPING:
4 eggs
350 ml milk

Method
Nettle is infused in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes and leave to drain. In a saucepan sauté in a little sunflower oil or butter onions and rice, add the nettles with paprika and salt. When the rice begins to become transparent dish pour into a lightly oiled baking dish, add 900 ml water and spices (curry, pepper, cumin). Bake in preheated oven. When the water boil off half pour prepared sauce of eggs and milk and bake until browned. Serve with yogurt.
