Moussaka with spices

500 g minced meat mixture
1 kg - 1.5 kg potatoes
3-4 onions
3 carrots
1 stalk leek (not very big)
2 tbsp red pepper, a pinch of pepper
1 tbsp savory and rural Merudia (fenugreek)
2 tsp cumin and thyme
5-6 cloves garlic
1 egg
2-3 tbsp yogurt
6 tbsp flour
pinch of salt, 1 tsp thyme

Cut potatoes into cubes and other products finely. Heat the sunflower oil with 1/2 cup water and add the minced meat. Stir it around and not intact. When the color changes slightly add the onions, leeks, carrots and potatoes, spices without paprika. If necessary add a little water. Allow to simmer then paste and red pepper. Stir and add a little more water, but does not cover the mixture. Pour into pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 200C degrees. Once baked topping do. Beat egg, add milk, a pinch of salt and flour. Stir, add a little water, should be a mixture thicker than boza. Pour over the moussaka and sprinkle with a little thyme. Bake until ready.
