Ingredients
8 tbsp oatmeal
2 carrots
2 apples
walnuts
4 tbsp (40 ml) sweetened condensed milk
honey
Method
Ovesenite nuts are soaked 12 hours in 1 tea cup . (200 ml) water or fried and soaked for several hours in water. Stir in grated carrots, peeled and finely chopped apples, chopped walnuts and condensed milk, arranged in plates and sprinkle with honey.
