Ingredients
250 g minced meat
2 zucchini
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 onion
parsley
salt
pinch of ground white pepper
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Courgettes are peeled and chopped cubes, onion - finely and fry. Add the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs and spices. The resulting mixture using a spoon filled shapes for muffins. Bake in preheated oven 20-25 minutes. Can be grated cheese on top and bake until the cheese is melted.
