Muffins wine

Ingredients
1 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup white wine
3-4 tbsp sugar
flour
# For the filling:
150 g chopped walnuts
100 g sugar
cinnamon
Method
Wine, the oil and sugar mix and stir well. Add flour so as to obtain a moderately stiff dough. Is kneaded and divided into 6 balls that are rolled sheets of a thickness of 5 mm. Each sheet is cut into 8 triangle. On triangles distributed stuffing made from the walnuts, sugar and cinnamon. Furling buns, which rank in greased with sunflower oil pan. Bake in a moderate oven, taking care not to get redder. More hot pressed into a powdered sugar flavored with a little vanilla.
