Method
Mushrooms are cleaned, remove stumps and arrange in a greased with olive oil or sunflower oil pan with opening up. Each sponge is placed a lump of butter, add salt to taste and put in preheated oven at 200 C for about 30 minutes.Serve sprinkled with pepper to taste.

Very fragrant mushrooms. I have not tried this option - not a little tough? I usually breaded them. Also was nice mushroom flour, I use as a seasoning. And most love to gather.
recipe is great, my grandfather once only makes them, and get to lick your fingers.
