Mussels with White Wine (Cozze al vino bianco)

Ingredients
800 g scallops
250 ml white wine
3 cloves garlic
60 g onion
parsley
fish soup
lemon

Method
Mussels are rinsed thoroughly with cold water in a saucepan fry the garlic and onions, add the mussels, white wine, chopped 4 slices lemon, parsley, fish broth, dissolved in hot water. It is better to be sandwiching the pan. Boil until mussels open.
