Minced meat is kneaded with rice, salt, parsley and pepper. Is formed into balls, meatballs or oblong as meatballs. In a saucepan put the chopped sauerkraut, along with the oil, pepper, paprika and crushed chili pepper. As a boil, arrange the dolmas on cabbage. With a spoon handle them make small nests in the green to sink a little. Make a little water, enough to cover them faintly. Leave to simmer slowly about 20 minutes. Turn and cook for another 20 minutes. At the end of cooking try the sauce and if necessary add salt. * This is indicative recipe that I used for lack of cabbage heads. Anyone can seasoned cabbage and the dolmas according to taste and preferences. Moreover, the dish can put everything family loves - beans, skinless sausages, bacon, rice, sausage, etc.

good idea for people who do not live in BULGARIA. Will try. Very tasty look.

On this tasty dish we say lazy leaves. Very very appetizing photos! :)

flower, iris, thank you for the nice words :) Orris, we did say lazy leafs, when minced meat directly in cabbage without shaped in balls :) Minced meat fry, put it cabbage, rice and put it boil until the rice is cooked. More lazy is just to let you cook for granted;)

did them in a pot and without red pepper are changes. Quick, easy and delicious! Rally, thanks!

I forget this dish, I did it says Rally in comments, and mix everything in the oven, calling it *false sarma*.

Mmmm, love how appetizing is baked! ... Snowy, I think there is a household that has not been done, really great uslesnenie compared with Sarmite and it is very tasty :)
