Naked dolmas with tomatoes

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
4 tbsp rice
4 tbsp butter
1 egg
4 tomatoes
1-2 tbsp toasted flour
2 carrots
salt
parsley
Method
The meat is ground twice and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Can be prepared and ready mince. Add steamed rice and parsley. Mix well. There are also elliptical balls that are rolled in flour and placed in hot water to boil for 10-15 minutes. Remove from broth. Peel and finely chopped tomato stew in a little oil, then pour the boiling broth. With the resulting sauce is poured over the meatballs and leave to simmer. At the end add lightly toasted flour away with a little water, then thickenerta soup with egg, 2 tbsp fresh butter and juice stewed in the other 2 tbsp butter carrots.
