Nettle soup with cheese

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
200 g nettle
50 g butter or margarine
30 ml sunflower oil
2 eggs

Method
Nettle Clean and wash well. Put it to boil for 15 minutes in the 6-7 cup salted water. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon or mixer until it becomes a paste. Added fat and simmer another 10 minutes thicken with crumbled feta cheese and eggs.
