Ingredients
4 eggs
50 g macaroni
40 g feta cheese "parmesan" or "Emmental"
1 tbsp (10 ml) olive oil
pepper
salt
Method
Eggs are broken with the feta cheese black pepper, salt, chopped cooked macaroni, pour the mixture into a large pan with heated oil and fry on low heat. When the eggs start to solidify omelet turns doizparzhva and serve. Separately to the omelet is served shredded feta cheese.
