Of pancakes with baked apples

Ingredients
# For the pancakes:
5 eggs
200 g flour
pinch of salt
300 ml milk
# For the filling:
500 g apples
100 g raisins
rind of 1 lemon
powder sugar
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
# TOPPING:
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
100 g butter
200 ml milk
2 vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Eggs are broken down with the salt. Add flour gradually while stirring vigorously. When you get a smooth mixture begins to pour a trickle milk. From the resulting mixture is fried pancakes. The filling is prepared by apple peel and grate. Add the raisins, lemon zest, bread crumbs and powdered sugar to taste. With this mixture fill the pancakes. Wound in rolls and cut in half lengthwise. Arranged in a buttered pan. Flooded with beat together eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. Top Cut the butter. Cooks to thicken topping and golden color.
