Ingredients
2 cups (200 g) flour
2 eggs
1 yolk
75 g butter
1/4 cup (50 ml) cherry brandy, rum or brandy
white wine
fat spreads
powdered sugar
cinnamon
Method
Sift the flour, add the butter, egg yolk, brandy and wine and make dough. It is well kneaded until it releases bubbles. Form a roll and leave to stand in the cold. The dough is cut into small pieces to make balls rolled on thin slices and fry in plenty of sunflower oil. Remove with latticed spoon and still warm, sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon.
