1/2 cup chickpeas
2/3 cup lentils
2/3 cup rice
1 cup macaroni
2 onions
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup tomato paste
4-5 garlic cloves
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp cumin 1 tsp (cayenne) pepper, salt

Chickpeas soak in the evening at least 1 and 1/2 cup water. In a saucepan 1: Boil swollen chickpeas until tender. In a saucepan 2: Put the lentils to boil as 20 minutes after the water is shifted, add the rice and boil to soften him. In a saucepan 3: cooking sauce in a little oil fry the crushed garlic, then add the tomato paste, lemon juice, cumin, paprika and salt. Boil for ten minutes to thicken slightly.
