Peppers stuffed with carrots

Ingredients
8 peppers
4-5 carrots
2 eggs
100 g butter
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
salt and pepper
Method
Carrots, grated on a grater and stew in half of the butter. Add crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs and pepper. The peppers are roasted and peeled. Cleaned of seeds, filled with stuffing, rank in the baking dish, pour the melted butter with the rest and bake in a moderate oven.
