          1 kg peppers
          2 kg tomatoes
          salt and sugar
          black pepper
          cloves

          Method
              Broil peppers, peel them and fine them cleaned of seeds. Grate the tomatoes and put them to boil, stirring constantly. Boil until reduced double its volume. Add spices and grains cloves. Mix and Clock. Redim peppers in jars and pour them with hot tomato paste. Close and sterilize 30 minutes.
