Peppers in tomato sauce

Ingredients
1.5 kg peppers
2 kg tomatoes
100 g salt
150 g sugar
200 ml sunflower oil

Method
Chushletata is opukvat. Tomatoes are ground and cooked. Add chushletata, the oil, sugar, salt and boil to thicken. Arrange in a 1-liter jars, sealed with caps and sterilize five minutes.

I do them only as raw peppers turn a little sdomateniya sauce but put 1-2 leaves bay leaf aroma
