Ingredients
# Total 2.8 kg:
gherkins
cauliflower
baluchka (shallots)
broccoli
Green tomatoes
carrots
# salting:
450 g salt
# For marinade:
1 l vinegar
1 tbsp coarse mustard
1 head of garlic
170 g sugar
Method
Cut vegetables are salted and stay 24 hours. Lining up in jars tightly. Prepare marinade juice from which they have placed and other products. Boil for 1-2 minutes and is evenly distributed in the jars. Attention is several days.
