4 large round pieces of canned pineapple
1 tbsp caster sugar
4 balls sorbet
40 ml brandy
Pineapple circles placed on four glass plates. Sprinkle with a little icing sugar and each circle is flooded with about 10 ml brandy. Ignite and allow the flames to burn itself out. In the middle of each circle put pineapple on previously prepared ice cream. You can decorate with a little whipped cream before serving.
