Pizza in Naples

Ingredients
200 g flour
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (200 ml) milk
15 g yeast
200 g feta cheese
500 g tomatoes
5 fish anchovies
black or red pepper
salt
Method
Of flour, 2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil, warm milk, yeast a pinch of salt and knead the dough, leave to rest for 1 hour, izmesva once more and spread on a baking dish. The dough should not only cover the bottom and must have a high edge. The dough is coated with vegetable oil on it and put finely chopped or grated feta cheese, and top - peeled and cut into thick slices tomatoes. Shredded anchovies ranks as grid seasoned with black or red pepper and salt. Pizza sprinkled with vegetable oil and bake in moderate oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.

Please do not mangle the recipe. Not made with cheese and mozzarella. And put and capers - mandatory. And do not put neither red nor black pepper, oregano only. This is Pizza Napoli.
