100-150 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
20 pitted black olives
# For the white sauce:
30 g butter
150 ml milk
1 tbsp flour (incomplete)
1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp oregano

Pour the milk and stir with a wire until the sauce thickens, sprinkle with oregano. spinach dip consistently in boiling and ice-cold water, drain and cut into small pieces. The risen dough is divided into two parts and with a little flour rolled wafers with a diameter of 28-30 cm. Put in the pan and forms edge. On top sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, put in spinach and white sauce. Cover with grated cheese and add sliced ​​olives. Bake at 250C for 10 minutes.
