Pork NP-Fry Chinese

2 tbsp combined spices Chinese Style
400 g pork
4 tbsp olive oil
200 g mushrooms mushrooms
200 g carrots
300 g red peppers
1 cup rice
3 onions
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey

For the rice: Cut one onion finely. In 2 tbsp olive oil fry the onion and add rice. Pour 4 cups water and bring to a boil. Salt with 1 tsp salt. Simmer until ready and remove from heat. Cover the rice to remain fragile. For NP-Fry: Cut thin strips of pork. Sprinkle it with 2 tbsp combined spices and mix well. Heat wok well in 2 tbsp olive oil, then sprinkle add strips of pork. Fry for 5 minutes, stir them continuously. Add the meat cut into thin strips mushrooms, carrots, red pepper and two onions. Continue to fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp honey and 1 tsp salt. Cover and continue to fry for another two minutes. Serve rice as a plateau and around the pork.

I made the recipe received is great! Well, I had a small change - I did not put honey, because my family did not like it and added a few cloves of garlic and a little curry on rice and meat! Overall, however, stuck to the original preparation! And upload photos!
