Pork rolls in casseroles

Ingredients
1 kg pork
5 carrot
8-10 potatoes
250 g mushrooms
200 g salo
1-2 cup peas
1 cup wine
salt, pepper, spices according to taste
sunflower oil
Method
The meat is cut into slices that are lightly crushed, salting with a little salt, pepper. Each slice is placed at one end of chopped carrot, salo and peas wrapped on rolls and tighten thread. So the finished roll fry briefly until slightly change its color, then transferred in a pot. Vegetables are cut into larger pieces and put in the meat. All this is poured a glass of wine and water. Add spices and bake in moderate oven two hours to springs of water and dish remain just fat.
