1 kg potatoes
3 large onions
red pepper, black pepper, salt
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil)
1/2 cup water

Method
Wash shanks. Roll them in spices. Arrange in a stew. Cut the peeled potatoes. And add the onion. Rasim with the oil. Valleys with water. Bake at 180 C for about 2 hours.
