Pork tongue with white sauce

Ingredients
600 g pork tongue
4 tbsp flour
5-6 tbsp sunflower oil
6-7 peppercorns
2 Allspice
1 bay leaf
salt
2-3 tbsp wine ( optional)

Method
Language is boiled in salted water along with black pepper, allspice, bay leaf and optional wine. Still hot, peel of the skin and cut into slices. In the oil fry the flour and gradually add the broth until a slurry. Language is served flooded with so prepared sauce.

I have to add this sauce finally beaten yolk with lemon juice and mustard, it is very tasty!

Milenka, once again convinced that we have very similar tastes! I also fiddle with lemon juice, but it depends on the wine - if acidic streak - do not put. A mustard'm not trying. Soon cooked language, so that the next time cooking will try.

Ina, so I prigotvam and pig hearts - concoct them, slice and serve with a sauce of broth, a little flour, mustard, two egg yolks and lemon juice, fake pepper. Try and so, I guarantee you it was very tasty!
