Ingredients
2-3 large potatoes
1 large carrot
1 large onion
3-4 cloves garlic
sunflower oil
salt
pepper
lemon juice

Method
Potatoes and carrot cut into medium-sized pieces, then put on the stove to boil. When the potatoes soften add coarsely chopped onion and garlic and add the sunflower oil and salt to taste. When boiled vegetables Strain and add to them with pepper to taste. Spiced with lemon juice.

Very fresh and light soup. I replaced the oil with olive oil before the passage of the vegetables I added finely chopped parsley.
