Potato tiganitsi

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
1 egg
1 tbsp flour
salt

Method
Raw potatoes are grated, salting and after 5 minutes, squeeze. Add the egg and flour and mix. Spoon the mixture is placed in the heated sunflower oil and thins with spoon. Fry on both sides until browned.
