Pretzels with cheese

Ingredients
500 g flour
2 cup grated cheese
25 g fresh yeast
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt

Method
In a bowl dissolve the yeast in 3 / 4-1 cup hot water. In a large bowl put the flour, salt and one cup cheese. Do well and add the oil dissolved in water and yeast interfere soft dough. Let dough in a warm place to rise for 20-25 minutes. When it rise chopping into small pieces and make sticks. In a pan put the remaining cheese. We fill a bowl with water take dough stick dip it into the water and then in the grated cheese, making it roll. We connect both ends to make bagel. Arrange them in a greased pan with sunflower oil and leave them to rise for 15-20 minutes. Bake in preheated oven 180C for 20-25 minutes.
