Prosenik - I type

Ingredients
3 cups (600 g) cornmeal
1 cup (200 g) flour
10 cup (2 liters) of hot water
salt
Method
To sifted cornmeal add salt to taste and hot water (enough to make flour). The resulting dough is kneaded, from time to time sprinkle with flour. It is made buns, which are baked in a moderate oven. Serve with yogurt, feta cheese or refried beans.
