Pudding avocado and coconut milk

Ingredients
1 avocado
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup milk
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 ampoule vanilla essence
1 tsp grated orange peel
pinch nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 yolks
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup toasted coconut
cream for decoration

Method
Avocado Peel and passaged with lemon juice. In bowl pour 3/4 cup of milk and coconut milk. Add avocado, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla, orange peel and nutmeg. Leave on low heat about 10 minutes. In a separate bowl mix the remaining sugar and milk, starch, salt and egg yolks. Beat well and begins to add a little of the hot mixture while stirring continuously. Pour back into the pan and leave the stove average 2-3 minutes, pudding should not boil and thicken. Kotlonat reduced and stirred a little to the final compression of the cream. Still warm, was poured into bowls. After a slight cool down is harvested in the refrigerator. Before presenting decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut.

I wonder how you will get in avocado dessert, but the whole recipe sounds very good, put it into your Favorites and waits :)

Neville home all liked the pudding. Today they have charged me with avocado, like that yet.

It's really nice pudding, thanks for the recipe Vanya :) Very gentle green get very fragrant of spices and rich taste. I think that may be used as a cream cake - white crust and creamy white glaze outside will fit great.

And just might add - I got five cups of 100 ml and next time maybe I reduced the sugar a little (but as in the recipe is not too sweet).
